  2. Lose 10 pounds by 3/31/2009
  3. Stop adding sugar and creams when drinking coffee — I consulted with a dietitian. Apparently, my frequent intake of sugar and Half & Half is a significant contributor to my high cholesterol level. Do you like to use Half & Half or other type of creamers? They’re extremely unhealthy.
