Before you think about how to best manage your time, I think you should improve your energy level. With a higher energy level, you will be much more productive, and have more time for other things.
Manage your energy before managing your time. Do the following:
- Eat a nutritional breakfast — no McDonald breakfast, no Starbucks pastries, no Dunkin Donuts
- Stop drinking Soda and stop eating simple sugar
- One snack in the morning: fruit
- No fast food at lunch
- One snack in the afternoon: half dozen of nuts
- drink plenty of water throughout the day (e.g. 6-8 cups of water)
- exercise 30-minutes a day, 3 times a week
- Get 8-hour of sleep. Go to bed before 11PM
- Try the 8 things above — "Energy Increase Guaranteed".
