Hello,
I have read your guide and I think is very helpful. I would like to know if there is any differences I should be aware of, between interviewing for Amazon.com (USA), and applying for Amazon in Europe. I am applying to a finance position.

There are two sides to your question.
On one hand, Amazon is a very unique company, and it has a very strong culture. So, many of the recommendations in my documents are very applicable across the globe.
However, each individual country does have its own unique challenges and circumstances. For example, you work in Finance. Countries like UK, Germany, or Japan have vastly different accounting and tax rules. For example, to launch a new category in UK, a decision has to be made where to warehouse the product. Depending on the warehouse location, the tax could be different (e.g. some offshore locations in UK have tax breaks.) You should demonstrate your knowledge of country specific requirements/law/process/etc. while showing you have the ability to work in a cross cultural, international company environment.
