    I have an Amazon Area manager Interview next week. Any tips or suggestions as to what kind of preparation i need to crack this interview? what kind of questions can i expect

    Also, Amazon values problem solving and attention to details. You should go into the interview with specific ideas/suggestions about how to make amazon better, by leveraging your past experience and expertise.
